DOCUMENTING

Artistic Journey

Photo collection

I am looking into developing on my art every day, so therefore keeping my photographic journey flowing and planning new projects with new ideas is the best way to create new paintings. I am building on my futuristic ideas by using my previous photographs to analyse each element added to my work. Documenting the styles/design/colours/feature/textures, this helps me achieve new ideas in finding new ways of experimenting.

Documenting

I observe every section of my art. Giving a sense of my work as a whole and photographing clear shots. Using my camera I build on collecting each of the elements. I usually stick with doing video documenting from my phone, getting clear shots and close up movements given from natural lighting.

There is always the fun part of documenting and usually I enjoy playing around and experimenting, finding new ways to put my video together so I use the following effects; 'Slow Mo' , 'Cinematic' Time- Lapse'. These are great to use when videoing, when I have my short clips put together I then have some amazing results that come through which I then advertise on my social media.

Palette Code

A fun freestyle of acrylic colour mixture, cups of acrylic water pour with the shades black/turquoise/green.

Cooler tones overlayed with some harsh shades like pink/orange neon. it was a fun mix creating this abstract. I have a short clip shown from start to finish, every brush stroke has given its own effect to this painting.
